• Online resources including property listings, contact forms, and informational content

The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes. Specific property management services are subject to separate management agreements.

3. Use of Website

You may use our Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems

Primary Key Property Management does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Property listings, rental rates, availability, and other property-related information are subject to change without notice and may not always be current or accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIMARY KEY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

In no event shall the total liability of Primary Key Property Management exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Primary Key Property Management, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
